Return Policy:

At Maxion Nutrition, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1.Eligible Returns:

This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from
www.maxionnutrition.com. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process a return.

2.Returns:

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@maxionnutrition.com or call 1-888-893-8888

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM ET) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3.Refunds:

Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping charges. Refunds
will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

4.Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable
shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

5.Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

6.Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products or Gift cards
