Standard Delivery

  • Free Shipping delivery over $ 75 within Canada (excluding Hand Sanitizer products)
  • Our standard delivery starts at $ 10 within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for single orders
  • Our Standard delivery starts at $ 10 within Ontario, and across Canada for single orders
  • Any overweight orders (including packaging) may be subject to additional charges. *Postal code apply, can affect your order please contact us for further details.
  • The above Shipping rates is a guideline only and are subject to change without notice. On final checkout the shipping cost will be shown. This is the rate you will be billed. 

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, Monday – Friday 10 am-4 pm

  • Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 9 AM EST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday.
  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation

If a product is out of stock (back-ordered), then you will be notified via Email with three (3) options:

  1. Replace the back-ordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
  2. Receive a refund on the back-ordered merchandise and process the order with the merchandise that is in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
  3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
